As part of our commitment to fostering an entrepreneurial environment, we keep the management of the firm as flat as possible. We also make every effort to keep each member of the AMEC Geomatrix team involved in client-facing work. As a result, each employee – including every member of the management team – is involved with client matters on a routine basis.

Tony joined Geomatrix in 1988 and has been President since 1996. He maintains an active practice in contaminant hydrogeology, water resources, and strategic environmental analysis.

Jim joined Geomatrix in 1988 and has been CFO since 1990.  He is responsible for the financial and risk management aspects of the firm’s operations.

Jaime serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and also maintains an active engineering practice that emphasizes water resources, public works, transportation and infrastructure. He has served in these capacities since 2003.

Marty joined Geomatrix in 1996 and serves as both Controller and Chief Information officer. He has worked in environmental consulting for 15 years in both financial and technology related roles. Areas of focus include financial modeling, systems development and integration, internal reporting and controls, contracts and pricing.
